Refund Policy

1) Overview
Payments made for our algorithmic trading products, expert advisors (EAs), indicators, and any related digital deliverables (collectively, “Algos”) are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy. This policy is framed to align with applicable Indian laws including, without limitation, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and applicable RBI guidelines relating to chargebacks and electronic payments.
By purchasing our Algos, you acknowledge that these are intangible digital goods delivered electronically and are immediately usable post-delivery, and therefore, standard “return” norms for physical goods do not apply.
2) Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Technical Malfunction Attributable to the Algo: A reproducible, material defect in the Algo’s code or logic that prevents it from functioning as described, and which is not caused by broker/platform constraints, incorrect configuration, internet/VPS issues, insufficient margin, symbol specifications, or market conditions.
- Proven Loss Caused Directly by the Algo: Demonstrable loss occurring solely due to an Algo error deviating from documented strategy/parameters, verified by our team using platform logs and trade records. Market volatility, slippage, spread widening, news events, broker execution, and user-modified settings do not qualify.
In both cases, you must cooperate with the diagnostic process (see Section 5) and provide complete evidence enabling us to reproduce the issue in a controlled environment.
3) Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind, personal financial reasons, lack of trading capital, or buyer’s remorse.
- Failure to understand the product, ignoring documentation/tutorials, or using unsupported platforms/brokers.
- Incorrect installation or use of parameters different from our recommended settings.
- Losses due to market conditions including but not limited to slippage, widening spreads, latency, requotes, gaps, news events, and broker execution quality.
- Issues arising from VPS/PC/internet instability, operating system limitations, platform updates, or third‑party interference.
- Purchases made with promotional pricing, bundles, or as part of special offers, unless mandated by law.
- Algos functioning materially as described; performance variance is inherent to trading and not a defect.
4) Time Window
You must raise a refund request within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
5) How to Request a Refund
Email us at Wetradedailyz@gmail.com with the subject “Refund Request – Order ID & Date” and include:
- Order details: purchaser name, email, phone, Order ID, date/time (IST).
- Trading environment: MT4/MT5 version, broker name, account type, leverage, VPS/PC specs, internet provider.
- Exact Algo settings used (set files/screenshots) and symbol/timeframe.
- Evidence: MT4/MT5 trade history, journal and experts logs, screenshots/screen recordings showing the issue.
- Clear description of the malfunction or the loss allegedly caused directly by the Algo.
We typically acknowledge within 48 business hours and may request remote diagnostic access or additional logs to reproduce and verify the claim.
6) Resolution Process
- Step 1 – Verification: We attempt to replicate the issue using your evidence and our test environment.
- Step 2 – Remedy: If verified, we may first offer a free fix/update or configuration guidance. If the defect remains material and unremedied within a reasonable time, a refund may be approved.
- Step 3 – Refund: Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days. Actual credit to your payment instrument depends on your bank/payment gateway.
7) Mode of Refund
Refunds (when approved) are processed to the original payment method only. Convenience fees, currency conversion charges, and gateway fees are generally non‑refundable unless required by law or refunded by the payment provider.
8) Chargebacks
Unlawful or unjustified chargebacks will be disputed with complete technical evidence, logs, and delivery records. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable RBI/Banking rules; however, initiating a chargeback without following the process above may delay resolution.
9) Taxes and Invoicing
Prices may include applicable taxes. If a refund is approved, taxes already remitted (e.g., GST) will be refunded only to the extent permitted by law and subject to successful reversal from the authorities/payment partner.
10) Compliance and Governing Law
This policy is intended to comply with Indian law. In case of ambiguity, the interpretation most consistent with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and related rules shall prevail. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and Indian law governs this policy.
11) No Investment Advice
Trading involves substantial risk. Our Algos and content are provided for educational/automation purposes and do not constitute investment advice or a guarantee of profits. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
